Lock 5 and Inlet Lock 1

Mile 5 - On the right is the canal lock, on the left is the inlet lock for access to the Potomac.  

Lock 5 is a big area and even sports its own outdoors potty.  Is that a wanted poster on the wall?

It's a missing persons poster, another grim reminder of the city.
