Lock 29 - Lander

Mile 50.89 - The lock house is in real good shape.  The last locktender lived here until 1962 and the Park Service still uses it as a contact station.  There's a small parking lot behind the house.  If you continue over the lock bridge, it'll take you down to a fishing area on the Potomac.
