Leopard's Mill

Mile 130.8 - Leopard's Mill was a cement mill that operated before Roundtop.  These mills sprang up where there were sufficient limestone deposits.  I'm not sure what this structure is but it's across the canal in a nearby stream that was possibly used to power the mill.
